Dropshipping with Home Screen

There is no entry threshold and no minimum order. You can order a single unit — which is the natural fit for dropshipping, since you ship exactly what your customer has just bought. There is no account setup fee either, and no charge for the feeds or the API.

Yes — and that is the only way. Dropshipping orders are shipped exclusively on shipping labels supplied by the partner. That way the parcel looks entirely like it came from you, and you use your own courier rates and your own claims process with the carrier. We do not ship dropshipping parcels on our labels or under our courier contracts.

One: a personal data processing agreement. When we ship to your customer we process their data (name, address, phone number), and the GDPR requires a written agreement for that. We send the ready document once your account is active — sign it and e-mail the scan to [email protected]. There is no framework contract and no subscription fee beyond that.

From the B2B panel, once your account is active — you generate them yourself, at any time and in any number. You can create a separate feed for each shop or marketplace and choose the format (XML or CSV), the currency and the data scope. The API documentation is at b2b.homescreen.pl/api/docs.

Purchase prices and recommended retail prices (SRP), stock levels, EAN codes, images, descriptions and product categories. If you need a different field layout than the standard one, tell us — we will prepare a feed to your specification.

You do not have to work them out — recommended retail prices are included in the integration feeds alongside the purchase prices. You can list at SRP directly or treat it as a reference point for your own pricing.

Wholesale prices with the dropshipping discount are applied to your account as soon as it is activated — you do not need to ask for them or negotiate anything up front. For larger order volumes we can arrange additional discounts; just get in touch.

The feed refreshes automatically several times a day, and you set the frequency when you create it. If you need real-time stock, use the API instead of a file.

Baselinker and Sky-Shop, plus XML and CSV feeds and an orders API — which in practice covers any shop engine and any marketplace able to import a feed or call an API.

Polish zloty or euro. You pick the currency when creating the feed in the panel, so you can run a zloty feed for Poland and a euro one for foreign markets side by side.

We have daily pickups from InPost, UPS, DPD, Orlen Paczka, GLS and DHL. With dropshipping you choose the carrier — the parcel goes out on your label, so your contract with the courier is what counts.

No. With dropshipping orders you handle returns yourself — you are the seller towards your customer, so the goods come back to you. We do not accept returns from your customers into our warehouse.

With a single consolidated invoice issued once a week, on Friday — you do not pay separately for each parcel. We are working on a prepayment system that will allow orders to be settled immediately.

Search for products by EAN number or manufacturer code, add them to the cart, choose the delivery method marked as "Dropshipping" and attach your own shipping label. Once the order is approved, we ship within the standard time.

Yes. Creating a B2B account does not enable dropshipping on its own — write to us before your first such order and we will activate the service on your account. If your account stays in verification longer than you expect after registering, just let us know as well: we verify manually.

Yes, on one condition: you need your own signed contract with Olza Logistics. We then ship your international orders on Olza labels. The logic is the same as domestically — the parcel goes out on a label the partner provides, not ours. Without an Olza contract we cannot handle shipments outside Poland.

No. Some of our partners sell on marketplaces only — Allegro, Erli, Empik, Kaufland or Amazon. What matters is that you run a registered business and can sign the data processing agreement.
